Here are some answers to common questions from our customers
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place your order by calling our Cake Studio, Online or come In-Store. Our donuts, cupcakes and other small desserts including our grab n’ go cakes are available daily.
We require at least 2 weeks lead time for any custom orders.
The day you book your order you are reserving a date that will be unavailable to other potential customers. Therefore we have certain policies re any changes made to your order.
ORDER LEAD TIME
We require at least 2 weeks lead time for any custom orders.
Custom orders placed 3 days before due date will be subject to a 15% upcharge. Placing custom orders day before or sameday will be subject to a 25% upcharge.

Orders placed through our online shop require 24-48 hours. Certain products are available instore daily (ie. donuts, grab n' go cakes, cupcakes and other small desserts from our online shop).
CHANGES TO MY ORDER
Changes to orders (quantity, serving size, design, flavor etc…) must be made ten (10) days prior to when your order is due. Any changes made within the ten (10) days will be subject to a fee (to be determined).
PAYMENTS
Orders require a 50% non–refundable deposit to reserve your date. Remaining balance is due upon pick up or 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Orders placed within 10 days of due date must be paid in full and is not refundable.
Payments can be made by Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash and E-Transfer
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
We require 10 days notice to cancel your order.
50% of the total amount would be refunded however Deposits are non-refundable.
DELIVERY
For your convenience, we offer delivery service :) The fee for delivery is based on location. We require 24-48 hours notice for orders placed on our online shop. We do offer same da deliveries if your online order is placed prior to 8am during business hours and subject to product availability as it is short notice.
